Hi, my name is Tobias Tsai and I am a Senior at Piedmont High School. Through PCSC, I have not only gained service hours and learned new skills from my time as a member, but also built connections with people I would never have met otherwise. As VP of Program I hope to leverage my experience as a member to help design projects that aren't just productive, but also foster that same sense of community and belonging for every member of the crew.
