The Piedmont Community Service Crew, an organization prided by its youth leadership, is holding an Awards Night for members and their parents on January 24th. The event includes a silent auction of themed baskets made by dedicated members and their families. Money raised is used to fund major projects, including building a Tiny House to provide housing for a homeless teen in Oakland, feeding the elderly, and renovating the home of an elderly low-income Oakland resident. Due to COVID-19 and the limitations imposed by Alameda County’s Shelter-in-Place order, the annual fundraiser will be ONLINE this year. To make this a success, we need the support of everyone in the community.
